Luz Flores-Maciel Joins BBSAE
Luz Flores-Maciel joins BBS Architects | Engineers full-time as part of our Architectural Staff. She recently graduated in 2026 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University, for which she received nods for her academic merit and performance and fully expanded her education through a minor in Urban Studies and involvement in organizations like Girls for Construction, Science Bound, Bright Foundation, Adventures in Architecture, as well as the ACE Mentor Program, that of which she is working towards Mentorship for. Also working towards her license in architecture, Luz brings a passion to the firm with her fascination to mesh art and sustainability and a desire to positively impact communities. We’re so excited for her perspective and look forward to creating with her!
