José De León has joined the BBS team as a Mechanical Engineer. José has worked in various quality-oriented positions in his career starting from his Manufacturing Quality internship improving assembly safety for sheet metal products. Since college, he has worked as a Quality Engineer on cutting-edge construction vehicles, and was also previously a Validation Engineer ensuring non-invasive surgery equipment was being developed while adhering to the latest FDA regulations. José endeavors to bring his diverse background experience to BBS to guarantee great value to our clients and our collaborative team of architects and engineers.
José completed his early education in New Jersey, went to high school in Puerto Rico, and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of North Texas. He and his girlfriend Maddie now live in Des Moines along with 2 cats, 1 Great Dane , and 1 ball python. You can find him playing video games and snowboarding/skateboarding depending on the season.
