Tim has been involved in all aspects of the design process and has led projects from programming through construction administration. His experience includes higher education, institutional, and commercial projects across the state of Iowa. Based in his belief that the success of any project is dependent on open communication among everyone involved, Tim enjoys building strong relationships with clients and other project team members. His graphic, written, and oral communication abilities allow him to effectively listen to varied opinions, craft responsive design solutions, and clearly express his ideas. Tim is also passionate about and very proficient in the use of three-dimensional building information modeling (BIM) during all phases of project design, development, and construction.

Tim is originally from Lakeville, MN and is an avid NDSU Bison fan! He and his wife Brittany have a son, two daughters, and a dog Molly. Tim is a DIYer, cyclist, and homebrewer, and looks forward to their annual summer trek to the cabin in northern Minnesota.
