When RS Investments decided to expand their Des Moines operations, they called on BBS to provide design services. They are located on the 18th Floor of the renovated Hub Tower in downtown Des Moines. The 3,200 SF space allows for collaboration among all employees in an open office setting and also includes a Meeting Room and two smaller Team Rooms to facilitate private meetings.
Design to be open and bright, the space is filled with natural light and takes advantage of the downtown views afforded by locating on the 18th floor. Brightly selected finishes and furnishings complement the fun atmosphere. The foosball table and community table are a preferred spot for lunch time gatherings.
The multi-media conference room allows for all staff meetings and keeps RS Investments connected to their other offices around the country via video conferencing.
