Caleb joined BBS in 2025 with 11 years of industry experience in lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm design as well as experience with the use of SKM’s Power Systems Design Software for use in arc flash studies. His background offers a wide breadth of project diversity with an emphasis on healthcare, high-rise residential, k-12 and higher education schools, and commercial offices. He is passionate about lighting design and finding innovative ways to use new and ever evolving strategies to highlight as space.

Caleb and his wife Michaela live in Granger with their 2 daughters, Macy and Chloe. He is an assistant soccer coach for the Granger Soccer Club, and enjoys being a volunteer non-skating official for both his daughter’s and wife’s roller derby teams. He likes to spend his free time snowboarding, playing board games, and exploring parks in the surrounding area.
