David Mesa

Mechanical Engineer Intern

David is currently a fifth year Mechanical Engineering student at Iowa State University with a minor in Energy Systems. He brings a strong academic foundation in heat transfer and thermodynamics, areas of study which he’s especially passionate about. David is currently gaining real world experience with system modeling, bringing his curiosity and desire to learn.
Outside of Engineering, David enjoys rock climbing and skateboarding with friends. Whenever the opportunity arises, he also likes to build and upgrade computers for himself and others. In his downtime, he finds joy in cooking and watching movies with his girlfriend.
