Passenger wayfinding and operational efficiencies were improved with common use passenger processing system (CUPPS). New terrazzo flooring and undulating ceiling accents feature splashes of color and patterns enhancing wayfinding from the ticketing lobby to the concourses and from the concourses to baggage claim and ground transportation areas. The new architectural finishes in the concourses coordinate and compliment the aesthetics previously established in security checkpoint areas.
All construction activities were organized in phases and scheduled at night to facilitate continuous operations throughout the project’s duration.
