Finley Law relocated its office to the 17th floor of Des Moines’s Hub Tower in August of 2015. Entering the suite, visitors are immediately greeted by warm wood paneling and a high ceiling embellished with elegant pendant fixtures. Filled with natural light, the lobby offers sweeping views of downtown to both the north & south. Translucent film spells out the firm’s name across a sleek glazed storefront wall. Flanking one of four prominent conference rooms, an engaged reception desk floats above a beautiful ceramic tile floor. Behind the illuminated desk, a large work area is concealed by a door hidden in the wood paneling. A custom frit pattern on the conference room glazing featuring the firm’s logo and adds privacy, along with supplemental roller shades.
The perimeter of the floor is home to professional offices with panoramic views of the city beyond. Glass in conference rooms, glazing in office doors & borrowed lites allow daylight to penetrate into the custom-built corner workstations which host support staff. Secured file rooms occupy the balance of the interior spaces, while a ping pong table allows for flexible use of the firm’s war room. The State Capital Building is the dominant view from the breakroom.
Vivid artwork selected through a local gallery, populates the walls of the suite. Plush broadloom carpet throughout creates a welcoming aesthetic. A modern twist on a traditional style, the design provides a fresh yet timeless appearance.
